The ICRC, Lausanne public transport, Valjob and Interiman Group were honored at the 2021 Swiss Digital HR Prize ceremony held on November 4. The jury, chaired by Sébastien Kulling and made up of representatives of the HR function and the world of innovation, honored players convinced by the digital transformation of their profession.

"The digital dimension in human resources today responds to an economic, societal and environmental demand."

The award ceremony was punctuated by the intervention of Sébastien Kulling, Director of French-speaking Switzerland of digitalswitzerland. He recalled that the digital transformation, for public and private organizations, was first and foremost a social revolution, a profound change in professions.

So we decided to create the first  Digital HR Award  Switzerland in order to give them this visibility ”, describes  Fanny Comba , employer brand expert and co-organizer of the event. The first edition to be held in November is the result of several months of discussions between the participants.
